Warranty & Insurance Claims
We’re happy to provide the diagnosis and detailed estimate you’ll need for your warranty or insurance claim. However, we don’t file claims or collect payment directly from warranty or insurance companies.
Because you’ll be filing your own reimbursement claim, it’s very important that you contact your warranty or insurance provider before we begin any repair work. Many providers require preauthorization, and if the work is done without it, they may deny reimbursement — or worse, void your warranty.
All repair costs are due in full at the time of service, and we’ll make sure you have everything you need to file your claim for reimbursement.
Before scheduling service, please follow these steps:
Call your warranty or insurance provider to confirm that Five Alarm Mobile RV Repair (NRVTA Certified, RVTAA Registered, Tech: Scott Williams) can perform the work.
Get preauthorization or a claim/reference number from your provider.
Call us to schedule your service appointment.
After repairs are completed, submit your documentation to your provider for reimbursement.
Reliable RV repairs by a Fully Insured, Texas Registered LLC, NRVTA Certified Technician.
