RV Maintenance & Preventative Maintenance

🚐 RV Maintenance & Preventive Care Services

Your RV isn’t just transportation — it’s your home on wheels. Regular maintenance protects that investment, helps prevent costly roadside breakdowns, and keeps every trip safe and comfortable. Our NRVTA-certified mobile RV technician comes directly to you, so you can avoid long shop waits and keep traveling with confidence. Service cost does not include parts; parts billed separately.

RV A/C Maintenance — $150 First Unit | $75 Each Additional

Few things ruin a trip faster than a broken air conditioner on a hot day. Annual A/C service keeps your rooftop unit running efficiently, extends its life, and can help you avoid a costly replacement that often runs into the thousands. Service cost does not include parts; parts billed separately.

Our A/C tune-up includes:

  • Evaporator & condenser coil cleaning: Dust and debris reduce cooling capacity and cause the unit to work harder. Cleaning restores airflow and efficiency.

  • Capacitor testing: Ensures the system has the power to start reliably every time.

  • Compressor performance & amp draw check: Measures electrical load to catch early signs of failure before it becomes a major repair.

  • Delta-T (temperature differential) test: Confirms your unit is cooling to factory specs.

Why it matters: Regular A/C maintenance keeps you cool, protects your investment, and may help keep your manufacturer’s warranty valid.

RV Water Heater Service — $150

Sediment, corrosion, and worn components can lead to leaks, inefficiency, or sudden loss of hot water. Yearly service keeps your RV water heater safe, efficient, and reliable. Service cost does not include parts; parts billed separately.

We perform:

  • Heating element inspection & cleaning: Keeps water heating evenly and reduces energy waste.

  • Anode rod check & replacement (if needed): Protects the tank from corrosion — a cheap fix that can save a full replacement.

  • Relief valve testing: Critical for safe pressure control.

  • Control board & burner assembly inspection/cleaning: Ensures proper ignition and combustion.

Why it matters: A maintained water heater delivers consistent hot water, uses less propane/electricity, and lasts much longer.

RV Furnace Tune-Up — $150

When the temperature drops, you need heat that works. A neglected furnace can fail without warning or run inefficiently, wasting fuel and making cold nights miserable. Service cost does not include parts; parts billed separately.

Our furnace service includes:

  • Burner & blower cleaning: Removes soot and buildup that restrict airflow.

  • Combustion chamber & electrode inspection: Ensures safe, efficient ignition.

  • Fan motor check: Confirms proper airflow and circulation.

  • Full operational test: Verifies safe, reliable performance.

Why it matters: Prevent unexpected mid-trip breakdowns, save on fuel, and keep your RV cozy all season long.

Winterization

Freezing water expands and cracks plumbing lines, fittings, and water heaters — repairs that can cost thousands. Winterization protects your RV during cold storage. Service cost does not include parts and anti-freeze; parts billed separately

We handle:

  • Draining fresh water tanks, lines, and water heater

  • Removing anode rod & draining heater

  • Disconnecting batteries & propane system

  • Adding up to 2 gallons of RV antifreeze (extra if more needed)

Why it matters: Proper winterization prevents freeze damage, costly spring repairs, and keeps your RV protected while stored.

De-Winterization

Spring camping? We’ll wake your RV up the right way — safely and completely.

Service includes:

  • Reinstalling and topping off batteries

  • Reconnecting propane and checking for leaks

  • Flushing antifreeze from water system

  • Inspecting plumbing for cracks or leaks

  • Reinstalling water heater drain plug/anode rod

Why it matters: Avoid water system surprises and start the season confident your RV is ready to roll.
