Policy and Pricing

At Five Alarm Mobile RV Repair Services, we believe in no surprises—just clear communication, fair pricing, and dependable service delivered right where you’re parked. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we operate.

Hours: We’re open Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. Service outside these hours — including evenings, weekends, and holidays — is available at our emergency rate of $300 Per Hour (Applies within 40 miles of our base).

🚐 Service Call / Dispatch Fee – $75
  • Covers travel time, fuel, and setup for your appointment.

  • Waived if we’re already working inside your park that day.

  • Applies within 40 miles of our base.

📍 Mileage Beyond 40 Miles – $2/mile
  • If you’re outside our 40-mile radius, no problem—we’ll come to you. We simply add $2 per mile (one way).

🔧 Labor Rate – $150/hr
  • Minimum charge: 1 hour

  • After the first hour: billed in 15-minute increments

  • Transparent billing means you only pay for the actual work performed.

🚨 Emergency Service Fee– $300 +$150hr
  • RV emergencies don’t always wait for business hours.

  • A $300 emergency response fee applies to after-hours service calls, plus $150 per hour for diagnosis and repair.
    For locations over 40 miles from our base, an additional $2 per mile mileage fee applies.

  • Covers immediate response during evenings, weekends, or holidays.

🛑 House Rules (The Fine Print Without the Fine Print)
  • We keep things simple, but there are a few ground rules to protect both you and us:

  • Payment is due upon completion of service. No exceptions.

  • We do not accept checks, Bitcoin, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, and cash.

  • Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice.

    • More than 24 hours: No charge.

    • Less than 24 hours: $75 cancellation fee.

    • No-shows: $150 fee.

  • Purchasing of parts require upfront payment.

  • Safety first. We reserve the right to refuse work on unsafe rigs or in unsafe conditions.

  • Weather happens. Severe storms, lightning, or extreme Texas heat may force rescheduling for safety.

🏕 RV Park Access – Your Responsibility
  • Before scheduling service, please confirm with your park management that outside technicians are allowed on-site.

  • If access is denied, the $75 service call fee still applies.

  • Any fees charged by the park for technician access will be billed directly to you.

Parts Policy

With thousands of RV manufacturers and model variations, some repairs may require parts sourced from suppliers or special orders. All parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. While we are not responsible for manufacturer defects or faulty components, we’re happy to assist customers with warranty claims whenever possible. Any parts not in stock will require full payment prior to ordering and are subject to the vendor’s or manufacturer’s return and cancellation policies. Please note: We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost shipments during carrier transit.

90-Day Labor Warranty

All labor performed by Five Alarm Mobile RV Repair is backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty from the date of service. This warranty covers our labor only — not parts, components, or manufacturer defects.

Warranty coverage is valid only if the RV remains within a 50-mile radius of our service area after the repair.
If the RV is moved outside this radius at any time after service, the warranty becomes void, and no further labor or warranty work will be provided.

We stand behind the work we perform within our service area and appreciate your understanding of this policy.

Digital Documentation & Communication

Five Alarm Mobile RV Repair operates as a paperless business to keep things efficient and eco-friendly. All receipts, invoices, and confirmations are sent electronically.

We may use photos or videos to document diagnostics and repairs for accuracy and transparency. Customers may be asked to sign a release if images or videos are used for training or marketing purposes.

  • All payments are due immediately upon completion of service.
